Supplier Payment Programs
Provide participating suppliers with access to earlier payment against approved obligations.
Support supplier relationships, manage procurement requirements, and optimize payment terms through customized supply chain financing solutions.
Supply chain financing helps businesses manage the timing of supplier payments while maintaining the flexibility needed to support ongoing procurement and operations.
Through structured financing arrangements, eligible suppliers may receive earlier payments against approved invoices or purchase obligations, while buyers benefit from extended repayment terms aligned with their operating cycles.
These programs can help preserve working capital, improve payment predictability, and support increasing purchasing volumes without placing additional pressure on supplier relationships. By aligning financing with procurement requirements, we help businesses manage domestic and international supply chains while maintaining liquidity for other operational needs.
Supply chain financing can include buyer-led programs in which approved supplier invoices or other eligible obligations are financed by a third party.
Depending on the structure, these arrangements may also be referred to as payables financing or reverse factoring.
Unlike traditional purchase order financing, which generally addresses procurement costs before order fulfillment, supplier financing programs commonly provide funding against approved payables or eligible supplier obligations.
We evaluate each company's procurement volumes, supplier relationships, payment terms, and operating requirements to develop an appropriate program.

$10 Million Supply Chain Financing Facility
A retail and wholesale group operating across multiple markets sought to improve its working capital position by extending payment terms with international suppliers while maintaining purchasing capacity.
We approved a $10 million revolving supply chain financing facility, supporting payments to eligible suppliers and providing up to 90 days for the group to settle its obligations. The program initially supported three operating companies under a shared financing structure. A few months later, the facility was revised to cover four operating companies and an updated group of approved suppliers.
The revised arrangement retained 90-day payment terms and continued to support eligible procurement transactions across the group's operations.
